WidgetAI terms and conditions.
These terms explain how the WidgetAI service works, what is included, and how users and their websites are expected to use the platform.
1. Service overview
WidgetAI provides a website assistant product that allows users to install a script on a site and offer visitors AI-powered answers, guidance, and support based on configured content and rules.
2. Account access
Users must create an account before accessing features. A user may browse public pages and manage profile details without payment, but the Website Agent product and dashboard features are gated behind an active subscription.
3. Paid subscriptions
Access to the Website Agent dashboard, live snippet deployment, and website analytics is available only on a paid plan. Users pay according to their selected billing cycle and region as described on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
Customers may only use the service for lawful purposes and may not misuse the assistant to damage visitors, mislead users, or violate legal obligations. This includes misuse of website content, harmful prompts, or unauthorized data access.
5. Customer content
Customers are responsible for the content they upload, train into the assistant, or provide as website information. WidgetAI may process that content only to provide the service requested by the customer.
6. Cancellations and suspension
WidgetAI may suspend or limit service access if misuse, non-payment, or legal issues are detected. Users are responsible for keeping payment and account details accurate and valid.
7. Service availability
While WidgetAI aims to provide a reliable service, uptime and availability may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific response times for every request.
8. Changes
We may update the service, pricing, and these terms over time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
