How do I install the agent?

Create a website agent in the dashboard, copy its site-specific snippet, and paste it before the closing </body> tag on every page where the assistant should appear.

Why is the widget not visible?

Check that the script URL is reachable, the agent ID matches the website configuration, and your browser or content-security policy allows the widget to load.

How do I train it?

Open Training from the dashboard, choose a website, then add product notes, FAQs, files, and response instructions. Training is isolated per website.

How does team escalation work?

Enable team messages in Website Agent Settings. Visitors can then choose to send a message to your team; when disabled, conversations stay with the agent.
